Belen has joined us on Koh Tao for her PADI Advanced Open Water Course. Guided by instructor Jennifer, as part of the course Belen is making 5 training dives which build on the open water course introduce her to new areas of diving.
Two dives are mandatory; the deep dive where we can descend to a maximum bottom depth of 30M (100ft), experiencing nitrogen narcosis for the first time. Plus the underwater navigation dive where we learn to navigate our way round dive sites using an underwater compass and natural navigation observations (depth, contour, dive site features, marine life, sun angle etc).
Plus Belen gets to choose three more elective dives from a wide range. Options include search and recovery, wreck diving, night diving, fish identification, drift diving, underwater photography, boat diving, dive propulsion vehicles, underwater naturalist dive and more. Very exciting!
