Oh my! Huge evening of celebrations at Simple Life Divers.
First up congratulations to Gilian, Rob, Coral Monty, Jess, Nikos, Penna & Barry who commemorated the completion of their PADI Divemaster Internship by participating in a time-honoured Koh Tao tradition; ‘The Snorkel Test‘.
Guided by Instructors Steve, Lucas and Isabelle, over the past weeks and months the gang have become professional divers. Expert level diving knowledge and skills, able to run dive tours and assist in the training of new PADI divers. In an interesting twist the guys decided to come in fancy dress – as Steve. Imitation is surely the highest form of flattery 😉
So marking the occasion the team played a few games then donned mask and snorkel, consuming a cocktail through through a funnel attached to the snorkel!
Meanwhile the Koh Tao PADI Instructor examination also coincided so we had reason for double celebration. Over the past couple of weeks PADI Course Directors Mark and Julian have been busy running the PADI instructor development course for our candidates. And we’re proud to announce three new PADI Instructors here at Simple Life. More to follow on that story…
Anyhow, a few more images from last nights chaos 😉
