We’re now deep into the Koh Tao January PADI IDC (PADI Instructor Development Course) and candidates Zak, Petr, Sig and Shelley are being readied for their Instructor Examination.
Today Course Director Julian put the gang through their paces on confined teaching skills, including CESA (controlled emergency swimming ascent), rescue assessment, 5 point descent and weight belt removal.
The gang did a great job, all scoring 4.6 (out of 5) or better. Provided they maintain this level of performance, in a few days more time we’ll have reason to celebrate. Fingers crossed 🙂
A few more images from today’s session.
