I definitely recommend going to simple life. I went there to get my open water certification and my instructor Kat was just so amazing and gave me the best experience ever that i fell in love with diving and decided to do the advanced diving as well. For that certification i had Jack as an instructor and he also was amazing. After that i had many fun dives with Morris or Jack, who were both so great and fun to dive with.
I had the pleasure to dive with many of the instructors and dive masters over the two weeks i’ve been in Ko Tao and every single one of them made every trip special and amazing. We had the best time diving with Dave at Simple Life. Two dives at Sail Rock made us change our travel schedule and stay on for one more day so we could go again. Second day we had two amazing dives at South West. We swam through shoals of fish that closed in around us- such a cool experience.

We are a family of four with one fresh open water diver and one that needed some extra reassurance - Dave was super attentive. He made us feel 100% safe, he knew the sites very well and explained everything in a clear and efficient manner. He has great knowledge of the area and of diving. Extra bonus- he brings along his underwater camera📸  and takes pictures during the dive which he sent us afterwards. No extra charge🙌

I received my Open Water Diving Certification at Simple Life Divers and had an amazing experience.

I would highly recommend my Instructors Alice and Lynn who were very knowledgeable and made you feel at ease straight away. The certification lasted 3 days and everyone at Simple Life Divers, including the staff and those doing their Dive Masters, were lovely and made you feel welcome.

I did both my Divemaster and went through the Instructor Development Course to gain my Instructor certifications through Simple Life Divers and cannot recommend them enough! The level of training, professionalism and fun I experienced was honestly second to none, having already been a rescue diver for many years before coming here.

Steve, Karl, Dave, Kat, Ciaran, David, Alice, Sina, Lucas, Ethan and Mo, among many others, were all a pleasure to work with and learn from. Everything was great save one exception: our instructor Dave, who was exceptional. A true uncle by any definition. A gigachad, if you will. Perhaps a sigma. Brilliant weekend diving with DM James. He is always ready with a helping hand whether that’s with your kit or your questions about the marine life or dive sites. His respectful approach to his customers and the ocean was clear in his approach to each dive. He always took the time to make sure safety was paramount with every dive, whilst always making them fun and enjoyable. James competed his DM with Simple life and it’s clear that their program for courses are creating excellent DMs - by far the best I’ve had in my almost 100 dives in Koh Tao. Sail Rock 位於哪裡？

Sail Rock 賽爾岩（泰文名稱：Hin Bae หินใบ）是東南亞最佳潛水點之一，位於泰國灣中央，是一座遠離其他島嶼的孤立小岩島，坐落於龜島與帕岸島之間。

從龜島乘船前往 Sail Rock，航程約需 1.5 小時，實際時間視海況而定。

加入我們，一起探索泰國灣首屈一指的潛水勝地。

潛點地形

從海面上看，Sail Rock 是一座矗立於泰國灣中央、無人居住的小型岩島。

然而，海面上看似平凡的景色，掩蓋了海浪之下等待潛水員探索的各種驚喜。

Sail Rock 的陡峭岩壁從海面垂直延伸至約 30 公尺深處，與向更深海域傾斜的淤泥海床相接。這裡是進階開放水域潛水員的理想潛點。

這座花崗岩巨岩覆蓋著色彩繽紛的硬珊瑚與軟珊瑚。由於地處偏遠，長年受到熱帶海流的滋養，形成了豐富多樣的水下生態。

海洋生物

在淺水區，塊狀微孔珊瑚、柳珊瑚扇、桌形珊瑚及海葵為各種熱帶海洋生物提供棲息地，包括蝴蝶魚、藍環神仙魚、砲彈魚、黃箱魨、隆頭魚、刺魨、海鰻等。

這個潛點的獨特魅力，很大程度上來自其偏遠的位置。Sail Rock 周圍的深藍海域吸引大量遠洋魚群聚集；黃背梭魚與黃尾梭魚成群圍繞著岩體，有時魚群密集得甚至遮蔽視線。巨型浪人鰺穿梭於魚群之間，而我們也經常看到大型梭魚在珊瑚礁周圍巡游。如果你從龜島出發潛水，Sail Rock 絕對是不可錯過的潛點。

Sail Rock 的「煙囪式穿越通道」

Sail Rock 擁有獨特的地質構造。

這條通道俗稱「煙囪」（The Chimney），位於 Sail Rock 東側，是一條垂直穿過岩體的水下通道。

潛水員可以從約 16 公尺深處進入狹縫，沿著岩體向上游動，最後在約 6 公尺深處重新抵達開闊水域。

鯨鯊

海洋中體型最大的魚類——鯨鯊（Rhincodon typus）——生活在熱帶海域，體長可達 10 公尺。科學追蹤研究顯示，鯨鯊會隨著食物供應情況（通常是浮游生物）改變棲息地，在遠洋與沿岸海域之間移動。

鯨鯊會遷徙經過泰國灣。在漫長的旅程中，我們有機會在深水尖峰潛點觀察到牠們濾食浮游生物的景象。

我們經常在龜島附近看到鯨鯊。不過，在 Sail Rock 潛水時，遇見鯨鯊的機率最高。

當然，你仍然需要一點運氣，但確實有機會遇見牠們。

Sail Rock 的秘密尖峰（Secret Pinnacle）

僅適合持有深潛認證的潛水員。（我們也提供相關訓練。）

Sail Rock 的岩體露出海面，但距離主岩體只需短距離游動，水下還隱藏著一座完全沒入海中的秘密尖峰。

沿著海床從 Sail Rock 前往秘密尖峰，需要進行深潛，而且有時具有一定挑戰性。潛水員必須持有 PADI 深潛專長（Deep Specialty）或同等認證。持有高氧空氣（EANx）認證亦有助於延長深度範圍內的水下停留時間。

前往秘密尖峰的最大吸引力，在於探索這個很少有潛水員能夠到達的潛點區域。

秘密尖峰比 Sail Rock 小，但珊瑚種類豐富，海洋生物也十分密集。

沿著深水海床游向秘密尖峰，讓這趟潛水之旅增添更多刺激與冒險感。

潛水行程安排

• 06:50：在 Simple Life Divers 集合
• 07:00：登上潛水船，出發前往 Sail Rock
• 09:00：第一次潛水
• 11:00：水面休息時間及午餐
• 12:30：第二次潛水
• 下午稍晚：返回龜島

*行程可能因天氣及海況而有所調整。
每位潛水員的潛水計畫、訓練活動及耗氣量，都會影響實際的水下停留時間。

潛水環境與最佳潛水季節

• 除了 11 月的季風季節外，全年大部分時間都適合前往 Sail Rock 潛水。
• Sail Rock 位於泰國灣，海流通常較弱或中等。
• 若想享有最佳能見度，建議避開季風季節及每月滿月前後前往 Sail Rock 潛水。
• 3 月至 6 月是遇見鯨鯊機率較高的時期。

潛水分組人數

Sail Rock 行程通常會安排 10–20 名潛水員搭乘 Simple Life 的潛水船。

下水後，我們會將潛水員分成每組 1–4 人的小組。

Simple Life 的潛水團隊致力於讓每位潛水員都享有精彩的潛水體驗。

我們會根據你的經驗程度調整潛水計畫，讓每個人都能享受較長的潛水時間，並觀賞豐富的海洋生物。

想去 Sail Rock 潛水？行前清單－你需要知道的一切

• 必須是持有潛水認證的潛水員。PADI 開放水域潛水員或同等資格即可，但持有 PADI 進階開放水域潛水員或更高級別的認證會更理想。由於潛點水深較深，Sail Rock 不適合浮潛或體驗潛水。
• 早上 06:45 集合，下午稍晚返回龜島。
• 包含 2 次潛水。
• 包含午餐－泰式料理。如有特殊飲食需求，請提前告知我們。
• 小組潛水，每組 1–4 人。
• 欣賞令人驚嘆的海洋生物。
• 有機會與鯨鯊一同潛水。
• 體驗垂直的煙囪式水下穿越通道。
• 持有深潛認證的潛水員可前往秘密尖峰。
